Character Description : So Gyoso ( Tai-ou ) 
 
 The general of the Royal Army in Tai and he climbed Mt. Ho when Taiki was to choose the next king. When Taiki first saw him he was terrified and stopped the incense offering. The second time he saw Gyoso, he was so afraid that he told him that he was not the one and ran away... But later he slowly grew to like and fear him at the same time, on a hunting trip where Gyso, Taiki and Risai was in, Taiki saved both him and Risai from a very terrible monster and Gyoso got first hand experience of the power that Taiki posseessed. But Gyoso was very sad, but not only by the fact thta he thought he was not king, but because he saw that Taiki can't protect himself even with all that power. When he left Mt. Ho and was thinking of renouncing his position as General, Taiki chased after him and transformed into a Kirin. Gyoso was then made King of Tai. Before this event, we also came to know that he knows Shoryu the King of EN and have even had a competition with him. En-ou saw his great ability and rewarded him with a sword. Strangely, he seemed like a great king, but he went missing with Taiki soon after coming to the throne... |
