Character Description : Heki Rakujin 
 
 Heki Rakujin was swept here to the Twelve Kingdoms in the early 1960s and have since started learning the language and the culture here. He helps others that haven been swept here adapt to their new life and can be seen as a teacher. When Yoko and Rakushuu came, he immediately could decode what Yoko was saying and knew that she was to be the new Queen of KEI. Later he tried to help Yuka but was stabbed by her on the thigh. He however did not blame her for it as he knew how confused she was. He was very happy when Yuka wrote to him a letter of apology before she left for Japan again. |
