Character Description : Rakushuu's Mother 
 
 He is a Shusei ( People who did not belong to any particular country and are wandering preformers ). When Yoko joined their group he was not very happy with it because he thought that she would being them misfortune and als the way she acted when she was battled the monsters. He did not want to harm her, but when questioned by the officials he brought them to see their newest member. Lucky for Yoko, her quick thinking saved her from being captured. Yoko did not blame Koutetsu for it because he already told her that if at any time he was asked by the officials, he would not endanger his group by sheltering her, and Yoko understood his plight. In the end, when Yoko left them just before they boarded the ship to EN ( the boat was packed with government officials ), he realised that Yoko was a not such a person that he thought she was and have accepted her. He searched her out and helped her arrange a transport to EN. he even gave her his dead sister's boarding pass so that she can shelter her identity if needed. |
