Character Description : Seikyo, Chosai of KEI 
 
 When KEI was without a king or queen and when the former queen was not able to govern, the office was run by the official and the Seikyo served as the Chosai or a post very much like the prime minister of the state. In ancient china terms, a Prime Minister is a position appointed by the king to help him run the state and this position is a rank that is above all officials. Seikyo is a very cunning man unknown to Yoko or Keiki until the end of the rebellion. He plotted with other officials, manipulated even the royal army and supported a Head of Stats of Gaho who was a tyrant. He lost his position to Kokan, the State Head of Baku when Yoko came to know who were her real allies. |
